What can I discover with Heritage?

Where your features come from, the life a portrait of you might have belonged to, the place you would feel at home, the story behind your surname, and a family tree that holds every name you add. Old photographs can be restored too.

How do I continue in the app?

Once your account is ready we show a QR code: scan it with your phone and the app opens already signed in. The same link is in the email we send you, so you can open it on your phone whenever you like.

Do I need an account to explore this page?

No. You can look around freely. An account is created when you start your first report, so it stays yours and opens on every device you sign in on.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel anytime in Heritage under Settings → Manage subscription, from the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@denalidigital.co. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Changed your mind? Ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge; see our Refund Policy.
